It’s the first Friday and it’s time to Call For Life at MonthlyCallForLife.com. Every month on the first Friday we Email and/or call our representatives to let them know that we want them to end abortion and stop human killing research.
Over 3,000 human beings will be killed by abortion today and every day. Please, do just a little bit more to help save them. It only takes a few minutes of your time.
Also, join us at the abortion mills on the first Saturday following the first Friday. You will be on the front lines of this battle against abortion. We pray, counsel and walk in front of the abortion mills to discourage women from having abortions. We are not violent or angry. The women going in for abortions need our help, they need our presence. The people who won’t live that day need our presence and our prayers.
ATLANTA, Nov. 23 /Christian Newswire/—Pro-Life Unity is sponsoring a rally at the Georgia Capitol in Atlanta on Monday, Jan. 14, 2008 in support of Georgia’s Human Life Amendment.
January 14, 2008 marks the opening session of Georgia’s legislative season. Pro-Life Unity is committed to insure that Georgia’s Human Life Amendment receives the highest priority on the legislative calendar.
It is time to stop trying to please those who oppose life. We try to blend in or not make waves to appeal to the masses in so many different ways. To name a few:
> We try to not be too “Christian”
> We try to not be so “conservative”
> We try to appeal to Democrats
> We are constantly arguing with people who disagree with us
> We try to skirt around the health of the mother, life of the mother issue
We don’t have to defend our position. People who are for abortion or do nothing to help end it are turning their backs on the killing of human beings. We don’t choose to do that. It’s that simple!
A midpoint rally for the 40 Days for Life project will be held on October 16th at the Knights of Columbus Rock Creek Mansion in Bethesda, Maryland. Five Pro-Life people were arrested on the A-B Tech Campus grounds in Asheville, North Carolina. Why? Because of what is known as a “Face the Truth” type event, one where signs of aborted babies are shown to the public in order to get them to understand what abortion really is. Many officers were called in to arrest 5 people who were exercising their first amendment rights.
In the video below, you can see that the officer was asked repeatedly if the property where the protest was taking place was public property. The officer refused to answer the question. The campus representative said “we want you to leave our property”, after which the officer said “the manager has the authority to ask you to leave”. During that time, the Pro-Life representative asked over and over.
The group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust were at UNC Ashville and the Asheville High School the day before, without confrontation.
