American Life League helped create a large presence at the Planned Parenthood at 16th Street in Northwest Washington D.C. today. There might have been as many as 300 Pro-Life people there, praying and standing with signs.
Yes, the wind was howling, peaking with gusts at 50mph, and the temp was about 28 degress, but we were there nonetheless. We may get cold, but the babies who won’t make it out if we don’t stand for them will be dead.
These young people from Wisconsin stopped to do an interview.

As usual, the deathscorts were on hand
The abortion mill has a sign saying “We are here for you”. Notice the sign doesn’t include the service “abortions”. Why would’t they want to promote their biggest money maker? Probably because shops next door to them would get sick of seeing that word on the sign every day.
I thought it was unbelievable that they had an American flag flying out the window.
As if abortion is something to be patriotic about.

Some Pro-Lifers brought their children. Perhaps women who were coming in for an abortion might have seen them and changed their mind?
overall, peace was maintained and both sides were cordial to each other while I was there, though you could definately feel the tension.
Rock for Life does a great job bringing out the young people who really bring life (no pun intended) to the rallys
When I was walking back, I saw a bunch of birds flying around & around. It was a beautiful sight & a momentary distraction from why we are here for this event.
The group then walked toward the White House
Unfortunately the police wouldn’t allow us to walk in front of the White House
So we took off for the Capitol
They showed signs to people who were driving along the roadways
I went into the Hyatt to meet with Steve Sanborn, a founder of ProLifePages.com, and founder and former president of Crossroads. http://www.crossroadswalk.com/
He was sitting down to a $14 burger & talking with Jason, a partner & IT specialist. I have had many conversations with Steve over the past year or so. We’re discussed Pro-Life, politics & everything under the sun. I’ve probably had more conversational time with him than with my brother. We have worked together on many a project as well, yet that was the first time I met him. I didn’t even know what he looked like. When I was walking around the Hyatt I wasn’t sure who to look for when suddenly a hand waved from the restaurant. He recognized me from all my Pro-Life field interviews that I have done with people & waved me over.
Tomorrow is Sunday. It’s time to prepare for the incredible event that is going to happen on Monday, the Annual March for Life in Washington D.C. I will be setting up the broadcast for NationalProLifeRadio.net at the Senate Dirkson Building & then running over to the Family Research Council for the Blogs4Life.com conference.
